The
objective of Badminton is to pass the shuttlecock above the network by tapping it with the racket
to get falling on the floor of the opposite field whenever you get it, you notaries
a point . You can´t hit the shuttlecock twice consecutive and touch it with
your body. This is the same that in tennis but the only main difference is,
instead of the shuttlecock, we use a tennis ball.
Matches are disputed of three types: singles,
doubles, and mixed doubles .It is played in two fields of 13.30m x 5,18m
separated by a network of 2.28m of height. The network can not touch. While, in
tennis, the matches are disputes of two types: singles or doubles. The tennis
court is 23,77m x 8,23m. In both sports, if the shuttlecock or the tennis ball falls on the ground outside the exterior lines
of the field, or touch the roof or side walls, the last player commits a fault.
In
badminton, if the player has a even score ( 0-2-4 - 6 points...) effected the throw-in from the right to the
area diagonally. If the score is odd (1 3 5 7 points...) hes/she serves of the left
side. All the kickoffs, are made from the lower part of the body. Nevertheless,
in tennis, the kickoffs are made from different places depending from the
points (when you score one point you change the position) and it is carry on by
the two or more players. Also, it’s made in diagonal.
